Paul Neaville has been involved at every level in campaigns and has built and utilized grassroots coalitions from the Courthouse to the White House. He has built local coalitions and formulated political strategy in numerous states. Most recently Neaville managed State Senator Rod Smith’s run for governor in Florida, taking him from 4% and last in the polls almost to victory. Prior to that, Neaville was Southern Political Director for Clark 04, overseeing field and political operations in 11 Southern states.
In 2003, Neaville worked with Mississippi Governor Ronnie Musgrove to design and implement a multi-million dollar campaign that included a Get-Out-The Vote operation that increased Democratic turnout in 2003 by over 30,000 votes, surpassing presidential year levels. Additionally, Neaville oversaw the campaign’s free media and political operations.
In 2002, Neaville worked for Arkansas State Treasurer Jimmie Lou Fisher, coordinating her paid and free media as well as her political and policy operation. Neaville started out in politics in 1996 working for Clinton/Gore ’96 and spent over a year traveling on the campaign trail with Al Gore in 2000.
Neaville currently serves as a national advance operations consultant to the Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign.
Neaville, who is based in Washington, DC, is a native of Rogers, Arkansas. He received his bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Arkansas, and has a Master’s in Public Administration from Syracuse University.
